Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite at 7000 Target Pkwy N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445

Type: Contract (through March 27, 2026) – potential to extend

Pay Range: $60–$95/hour (W2) + full benefits

About the Role

York Solutions is seeking two Java/Golang Developers to join our client’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you’ll design and build robust, scalable software components that enable secure access and authentication across critical enterprise systems. You’ll leverage your expertise in modern software engineering practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain components of identity and access management systems.
• Contribute to and gain insight into overall application architecture.
• Apply software engineering patterns to create scalable, maintainable, and reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and peers to propose and implement system designs.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and meet performance and security standards.
• Utilize modern development tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and observability platforms.

Core Technologies

• Languages/Frameworks: Java, Golang, Kotlin, Micronaut, Spring, Python
• Tools/Platforms: Relational databases, Kibana, CI/CD tooling
• Focus Area: Identity and Access Management (IAM), application security, DevOps integration

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in application architecture design and software development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Golang, and Python.
• Expertise in DevOps methodologies and CI/CD integration.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure systems.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience or background in Cybersecurity or related security frameworks.
