We’re seeking a Scrum Master with 5–8 years of experience and a strong healthcare background, specifically in claims processing. The ideal candidate will drive Agile delivery for cross-functional teams, focusing on consumer-facing and self-service digital tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams toward effective Agile adoption.
• Maintain RAID logs, identify and mitigate risks, and report to Program Managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure accountability by tracking tasks, following up on action items, and resolving roadblocks.
• Manage project budgeting and financial tracking.
• Partner with Product Owners to align sprint goals with business priorities.
• Use JIRA daily for backlog, reporting, and transparency (Rally a plus).

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in healthcare claims systems or related projects.
• Background delivering direct-to-consumer or self-service tools.
• Strong Agile coaching skills and ability to guide teams through process improvements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
