What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate the Scrum process and help with change management activities
• Coordinate activities between Product Owners and the Scrum Team
• Remove impediments to Scrum Team performance
• Participate in Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings
• Support Product Owners in understanding processes and managing the prioritized Product Backlog
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of related experience
• Relevant experience in understanding processes and designs that drive process improvement
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and the ability to coach others in its principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills with a collaborative approach
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to undergo a background investigation for a NASA Public Trust position
