- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of related experience
- Relevant experience in understanding processes and designs that drive process improvement
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and the ability to coach others in its principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills with a collaborative approach
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to undergo a background investigation for a NASA Public Trust position
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Scrum Master Certification
