## Essential Functions
-  Under administrative direction, serves as the Business Analyst/Scrum
 
performing complex professional and advisory functions in
Application Services for the Enterprise Application Services
division.
-  Serves as the Scrum Master for a .NET software development team
 
business analysis and Agile practices while supporting successful
sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions.
-  Serves as a project coordinator for large scale requests
 
documentation and planning, assigning tasks, monitoring complex and
time-sensitive schedules, tracking testing reviews, and planning and
facilitating all training for unit staff.
-  Keeps abreast of new developments in the information technology
 
meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase
familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors,
techniques, and procedures.
-  Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably
 
## Minimum Qualifications
-  Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to
 
directly related fields.
-  Requires three (3) years of professional experience in Application
