Technical Program Manager (TPM) - On-Chain Economic Security

Location: Remote - Remote - USA (ideally NYC based) open to all of USA but not PST timezones

Compeensation: $120K - $150K

We are the pioneer in automated, on-chain economic security systems, trusted by key protocols like Aave, GMX, and dYdX to secure billions of dollars in assets globally. Our platform optimizes risk management and capital efficiency using cutting-edge EVM simulations. We are seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence in decentralized finance innovation.

Reporting to a senior executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of critical data infrastructure solutions (Oracles), ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and accuracy. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical fluency in blockchain, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs from definition through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Ownership: Oversee the development and deployment of Oracles, ensuring robust and reliable data feeds that meet industry standards for integrity and accuracy
  • Planning & Scope: Collaborate with engineering, product, and external partners to define project scope and deliverables aligned with core business objectives
  • Cross-Functional Drive: Drive cross-functional team efforts, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project milestones effectively
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data provided by our data feed services
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans to address challenges in execution
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance internal processes, contributing to the refinement and evolution of our data feed service offerings
  • Facilitation: Facilitate team meetings and cross-departmental discussions to ensure continuous alignment and collaborative momentum

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role in the technology sector
  • Blockchain Fluency: Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and proven experience in the DeFi space
  • Delivery Record: Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects
  • Strategic Planning: Strong ability to translate strategic goals into detailed, actionable project plans
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a focus on team dynamics and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Familiarity with the Ethereum and Solana ecosystems and their associated technical stacks
  • Experience with performance optimization and data integrity assurance for real-time systems
  • Previous experience working with decentralized finance projects and a demonstrable passion for blockchain technology
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong, collaborative relationships
  • Location: Based in the United States with the ability to work remotely or from our Brooklyn office in NYC
