Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP C4C Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) implementation, configuration, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable customer experience solutions, integrating C4C with backend SAP systems, and driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Conduct requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
Configure and customize C4C functionalities including master data, business rules, workflows, and analytics.
Integrate SAP C4C with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP CPI, and third-party applications using OData, REST, SOAP, and PI/PO.
Develop and maintain custom fields, objects, and UI changes as per business requirements.
Provide guidance on best practices, system architecture, and performance optimization.
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare project documentation, technical specifications, and user training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Marketing, IT) to align business and technical requirements.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Required Skills And Experience
10+ years of total SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud).
Strong understanding of CRM business processes — Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Order, and Service Management.
Proven experience in SAP CPI integration, OData APIs, and custom extension development.
Expertise in C4C UI customization, workflows, approval processes, and data migration.
Experience in integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
Excellent communication, client interaction, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
SAP C4C / SAP Customer Experience Certification Preferred.
Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Fiori, , or mobile integration will be an advantage.
