Job Summary
Responsible for managing and delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Supports the Project Manager in planning, coordination, cost control, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish.
 - Supervise site work, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
 - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
 - Monitor project progress and solve issues quickly.
 - Manage project budgets, costs, and materials.
 - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
 - Prepare and maintain project reports and documentation.
 
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
 - Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficient in project management tools and ERP (SAP preferred).
 
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
 - MMUP (UPDA) certification required.
 - 5+ years total experience, including 3+ years in a similar role.
 - GCC experience (2+ years) is an advantage.
