Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

Arkan Marketing is seeking a proactive and organized HR Specialist to manage day-to-day human resources operations. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture as the team continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate performance reviews and assist in employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Support management with HR reporting and organizational updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR or people operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Must be living in Qatar.
