Position Title:

Employee Engagement and Assessment Officer


Contract Duration:

Project Completion


Compensation:

Fixed – QAR 5,000

Variable – QAR 1,000 as per client feedback

Transportation allowance / Petrol Allowance – QAR 1,500


Experience:

4-5 years’ experience into HR / Employee Engagement with manpower outsourcing organization preferably into Oil and Gas sector.

Should have team handling experience.

Work Experience in the GCC based organization or served the clients in the GCC is an added advantage


Educational Qualification:

MBA in Human Resource Management

Preferably SHRM-CP / PHR / CIPD

Certification in Psychometric Testing or Organizational Development is an added advantage


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate Current Workforce Efficiency
  • Assess the productivity, skills, and role alignment of employees engaged in the project.
  • Identify Manpower Gaps
  • Analyze existing staffing levels to determine gaps in expertise and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate employee performance appraisal process
  • Ensure a fair and objective evaluation by aligning individual contributions with organizational goals.
  • Strengthening Collaboration
  • Foster synergy between DOPET employees and the QE team by aligning manpower capabilities with project requirements.
  • Enhance Strategic Decision-Making
  • Provide actionable insights for manpower planning and resource optimization to achieve operational excellence.
  • Assess Parameters and Responsibilities
  • Assess the key parameters, each parameter has been assigned to a specific representative or manager.


  • Scheduling of the survey/ assessment sessions with the assessors and employees.
  • Coordination with client/ assessors and employees for assessment.
  • Finalization / modification of questionnaire with assessor.
  • Use of JotForm and updating it in the system.
  • Daily progress reporting as per the schedule.
  • Conduct structured interviews and distribute questionnaires to each representative to gather detailed information on employee performance, skills, and attitudes.
  • Assess the assigned key parameters
  • Conduct evaluations based on their assigned parameters to ensure accuracy and objectivity.
  • Utilize a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for robust assessment outcomes.
  • Compile all collected data and assess results into a comprehensive report. The report will include findings, identified strengths and weaknesses, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Detailed individual report preparation.
  • Preparation of summary report for all 72 employees.
  • Share the finalized report with DOPET and QE for review and decision-making.
