Senior PMO Lead (SAP) – ERP Transformation | Onsite | Telecom Client
We’re hiring a Senior PMO Lead to drive the ERP transformation of a leading telecom client.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the PMO function, ensuring project success through proactive governance, structure, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the PMO function for the ERP transformation program.
- Establish and maintain proactive project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution of deliverables.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven track record in SAP-driven ERP transformations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive end-to-end project governance.
Engagement Details:
- Setup: Onsite
- Duration: 6-month initial contract (with potential extension)
