This is a full-time remote role for an Investment Banking Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing in-depth due diligence, and supporting investment banking activities. Responsibilities also include evaluating financial data, preparing reports for clients, assisting in transaction execution, and providing analytical support to develop strategic insights.

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and strong Analytical Skills
• Experience conducting Due Diligence and supporting financial transactions
• Understanding of fundamental Investment Banking and Finance principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial databases is a plus
