Purpose and Summary:
The Unit Head – Elite Small Portfolios is responsible for managing and overseeing all activities related to the Elite Priority Banking segment. This role ensures the smooth operation and growth of Elite Centers, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, relationship management, business development, and product innovation. The position will lead the unit in structuring new products, partnering with investment and marketing vendors, and ensuring high service standards tailored to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Manage all Elite Center operations to ensure business targets and customer satisfaction levels are consistently achieved.
 - Conduct regular courtesy meetings with existing HNW clients to maintain strong relationships.
 - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
 - Promote, market, and sell the full range of Elite banking products and services.
 - Cross-sell OAB banking products to Elite clients to enhance wallet share.
 - Guide and support relationship managers and staff in meeting individual and team sales targets.
 - Coach and counsel team members to enhance performance and skills.
 - Collect and validate reports from all centers; ensure accuracy in financial and operational data.
 - Work with the Business Development team to drive innovation in product and service delivery.
 - Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, especially in KYC and client data accuracy.
 - Manage Elite client onboarding, account upgrades/downgrades, and service delivery standards.
 - Organize and maintain Elite customer gifts and promotional materials.
 - Support recruitment, training, and development of Elite banking staff.
 - Visit and engage with NTBs (New to Bank clients), key corporate accounts, and government institutions to promote Elite banking.
 - Lead or participate in projects or initiatives as assigned by senior management
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
 
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong leadership and team management
 - Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
 - Advanced communication skills in both Arabic and English
 - High proficiency in MS Office products
 - Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
 - Strong negotiation and presentation skills
 - Proven ability to manage and grow HNWI client portfolios
 - High attention to detail and organizational skills
 - Ability to handle multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment
 - Deep understanding of banking products, policies, and compliance standards
 - Familiarity with Elite/Priority Banking service models
 
Experience:
5+ years of experience in similar roles in the banking industry of which at least 5+ years of experience in the elite department and 3+ years of managerial experience
