A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.
 - Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other hotel-specific software.
 - Ensure data security and implement cybersecurity measures to protect guest and company information.

 - Manage technology budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
 - Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
 - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and hotel management systems.
 - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
 - Effective communication and training abilities.
 - Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
 
- Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
 - Experience with cloud-based systems and emerging hospitality technologies.
 - Knowledge of industry-specific software platforms (e.g., Opera PMS, MICROS, OPERA).
