Job Position Info


We’re seeking an exceptional Full Stack Developer who thrives in dynamic, high-velocity environments.

You’ll architect, optimize, and maintain our digital infrastructure — from client dashboards and APIs to website automation and data systems — helping us scale from thousands to millions of users.

This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s a build-the-future position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain high-performance web applications across our ecosystem (e.g., client portal, analytics dashboards, payment gateways).
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Next.js, or equivalent).
  • Manage integrations between front-end platforms, backend databases, and third-party APIs (Stripe, Affirm, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
  • Implement strong security standards, authentication systems, and data protection protocols.
  • Work directly with the CEO, product leads, and creative directors to translate business objectives into technical architecture.
  • Optimize performance (load time, SEO, responsiveness) across multiple brand websites and internal tools.
  • Build internal automations and AI-driven workflows to reduce operational overhead.
  • Maintain and scale server infrastructure using AWS, Vercel, or similar cloud environments.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve technical documentation.
  • Participate in sprint planning and innovation sessions with leadership to drive forward digital transformation initiatives.


Ideal Selection

  • 4+ years of professional full-stack experience (front-end + back-end).
  • Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, or Bootstrap, with strong UX/UI intuition.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Vercel.
  • Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable deployment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress (headless preferred), n8n automation, and API integrations.
  • Business-minded: you think beyond code — you understand impact, ROI, and user behavior.
  • Fast, reliable, and obsessive about performance and optimization.
