IF YOU ARE

A senior engineer with 3+ years of experience in LLM/SLM, generative or agentic AI, and deep learning
Demonstrating strong expertise in building, optimizing, quantizing, and deploying AI models, in particular LLM/SLM
Skilled in Python, C++, or Java with Kotlin
Hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), or Vision-Language Models (VLMs), with hands-on exposure to their applications
Familiar with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MCP, or other various agentic frameworks for AI development (e.g., smolagents, LlamaIndex)
Experienced with the ONNX framework for exporting AI models into formats that can be deployed on edge devices
Good at cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
Aware of modern software development company operations, including workflows, collaboration, and deployment strategies
Strong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and business communication
Proficient in verbal and written English at an upper-intermediate level
Knowledgeable in LLMs and prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought or Tree-of-Thought reasoning, to enhance model performance (as an advantage)
Skilled in Python backend frameworks like FastAPI, with experience in building efficient and scalable APIs (would be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

Focus on translation, function calling, evaluation, data validation, and fine-tuning in a research setting
Develop innovative LLM / SLM / agentic AI solutions across a wide range of applications
Conduct experiments, evaluation, and research into LLM/SLM fine-tuning, quantization, and deployment of AI models in the cloud and on edge devices
Proactively propose and implement new technologies and trends, studying and adapting based on market needs and the latest technology trends
Propose and implement the technological vision in new areas of research by prototyping and creating deep technological demos
Coordinate and run presentations of work at external events, including conferences, meetups, and specialized gatherings
Consult external and internal clients on technologies, solutions, and trends to drive innovation and strategic decision-making
Support business development efforts: research, marketing, presentations, presales, etc.
