Crevio https://crevio.io/ is looking for a driven Product Launch Manager to join the team and help bring innovative hardware products to life.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the product journey - from shaping the roadmap and turning technical prototypes into market-ready solutions to driving go-to-market strategies and ensuring smooth, successful launches.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams, make a real impact in a fast-moving startup environment, and contribute to products that truly delight users and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Refine the product roadmap and feature set in collaboration with engineering, design, and operations teams.
 - Translate technical prototypes into commercially viable products, defining branding, positioning, design direction, and value proposition.
 - Define the strategic roadmap for turning hardware components into finished user-ready products with strong market appeal.
 
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch:
- Develop and execute GTM plans: positioning, segmentation, pricing, sales channels, and marketing activities.
 - Define product branding, messaging, and launch narrative.
 - Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness (R&D, design, sales).
 - Lead launch planning to ensure each product meets business objectives, brand standards, and launch timelines.
 - Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to refine product strategy and identify new opportunities.
 
Commercialization & Sales Enablement (nice-to-have):
- Identify and engage distribution partners, retailers, or strategic accounts.
 - Support sales teams with presentations, sales kits, and training.
 - Monitor KPIs and performance post-launch, iterating strategy based on results.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hardware go-to-market and/or product marketing: ideally with successful product launches or active participation as part of a launch team.
 - Strong understanding of GTM planning: positioning, target segmentation, pricing, sales channels, and marketing campaign development.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and pitch effectively to partners or investors.
 - Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous startup environment.
 - Hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
 - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
 
Would be beneficial - experience with regulatory processes, supply chain setup, or scaling hardware production.
