We’re looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our team and help craft high-quality digital experiences. If you enjoy solving real user problems through design and working closely with both clients and developers, this role could be a great fit.
What will you do?
- Dive into the project’s discovery phase, uncovering insights and needs.
 - Collaborate closely with clients and our development team, ensuring a cohesive project journey.
 - Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off of new and existing projects.
 
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer and expertise in creating wireframes and clickable prototypes;
 - Practical experience in creating such artifacts as Competitive Analysis, User Flows, JBTD, Wireframes, and UI designs;
 - Strong online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us - examples of design artifacts listed in the point above is a must;
 - Good communication skills in English is crucial (at least Upper intermediate level);
 - Proficient in product design tools (Figma);
 - Ability to effectively present and communicate your design solutions to a working team and stakeholders, defend and advocate your design decisions;
 - Knowledge of software development processes, ability to estimate design scope;
 - Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
 
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Adobe products;
 - Basic UI animation skills.
