Who we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, specifically with test automation.
- Familiarity with automation-first techniques like BDD and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Functionize, Testim, Gherkin, AccelQ) is preferred.
- Experience with cloud hyper-scalers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Understanding of methodologies & tools like XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc., to deliver high-quality products rapidly.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, complex projects, and changing priorities while behaving with passion, empathy, and care.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to or interest in emerging technologies in quality assurance and automation.
- Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and clean test automation scripts and frameworks.
- Design and implement automation tools and techniques to meet client needs.
- Optimize testing performance and ensure smooth functionality.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, addressing bottlenecks in the testing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards for quality assurance and automation practices.
- Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies into test automation processes.
