We are looking for a motivated BI Analyst with a strong economics background to join our team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing financial data, automating workflows, and providing insights for informed business decisions. Your expertise will support account and delivery managers through forecasting, P&L analysis, and optimizing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of billing data, department P&L, and forecasts for business insights
• Automate workflows and reporting using Power BI, SQL, and SharePoint
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualization tools in Power BI to track KPIs
• Analyze utilization, staffing, and attrition trends to enhance efficiency
• Generate meaningful insights through advanced use of Excel formulas and data modeling
• Collaborate with account and delivery teams to align financial results with strategic goals
• Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements for business reports
• Maintain and improve the integrity of data used for financial analysis across systems
• Contribute to continuous process improvements at the intersection of economics and technology
• Ensure compliance with financial and operational reporting standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of working experience in BI, data analytics, financial analysis, or a similar field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for visualization and reporting
• Expertise in SQL for data analytics and querying
• Background in corporate financials, with prior experience analyzing billing and P&L data
• Familiarity with SharePoint for automation and data management
• Capability to manage large datasets and ensure accurate reporting across systems
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly
• Competency in forecasting financial performance and operational metrics
• Understanding of workflow automation tools and techniques
• English proficiency at a B2 level to ensure effective communication and documentation

• Familiarity with basic programming for advanced process automation
