What are we building:

• Big Data Visualization & querying tools based on multiple data sources like Time-series, RDBMS, Hadoop & others

• Complex Ad inventory management tools with multiple entities and live reporting

• Highly optimized dashboards which are customized at granular level

• Ways to reuse existing platforms alongside new products with a native approach and minimal development to increase efficiency

• We are working toward implementing theme based micro frontend architecture in all our client-side apps.

What you would be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications across the full stack.

• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using PHP, Node.js, React, and Java.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of complex features and modules, taking ownership from concept to deployment.

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and architectural consistency.

• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

• Contribute significantly to the architectural design and evolution of our web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Develop highly responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React).

• Leverage AI tools and coding practices to expedite front-end and backend development, including setting up and managing AI agents and workflows for process automation, such as automating aspects of code reviews, documentation generation, and unit testing.

• Implement engaging and user-friendly features based on design mockups and user experience principles.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.

• Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.

• Make and fix workflows for development and deployment, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Implement and manage system monitoring solutions to ensure application health and performance.

• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Work with tools like Jenkins, Nomad, and Docker for application orchestration and deployment.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.

• Proven expertise in PHP, Node.js, React, and Java.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with RESTful API design and development.

• Proficiency in working with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Redis.

• Demonstrable experience with DevOps practices and tools, specifically Jenkins, Nomad, and Docker.

• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing, and agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize development processes, accelerate delivery, and enhance the efficiency and maintainability of existing legacy projects.

• Experience in integrating and leveraging AI tools and sustainable AI development practices in both front-end and back-end development workflows, including setting up AI agents and automating tasks like code reviews, documentation, and unit testing.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.

• Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges in high-traffic applications.
