As a UX Designer, you play a crucial role within our Product & Tech team, leading top-notch UI design for Haiilo and shaping the overall user experience. Your responsibility extends to ensuring the delivery of experiences that are not only relevant and useful, but also efficient and delightful.

What we’re looking for:

• As a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience, including a year in B2B products, your outstanding portfolio is a testament to your expertise in design thinking, visual design, interaction design, and user research
• You are proficient in collecting both qualitative and quantitative data using diverse research methods and excel in sharing insights effectively, showcasing your learning mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire for continuous growth
• Your UI designs boast a high degree of visual polish, complemented by an innate understanding of effectively communicating intricate interactions with engineers
• Passionate about problem-solving, innovation, and enhancing user experiences, you thrive in managing multiple tasks, meeting varying deadlines, and allocating efforts effectively
• Communication is your forte – your communication skills are clear, concise, and persuasive
• Dedicated to accessibility, your experience within WCAG 2.1 AA standards reflects your commitment to creating inclusive user experiences. Your proficiency in Figma is a must, adding to the arsenal of skills you'll bring to our innovative team

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring each user experience is a masterpiece by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Dive into the heart of design innovation, partnering closely with the VP of UX for a holistic product and user approach
• Uncover customer insights through continuous user research, de-risking assumptions and shaping problem spaces while developing a deep understanding of customer and business needs
• Be the voice of the customer and their users, passionately advocating for their impact in your product domain
• Craft design magic with wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, all within our cutting-edge design system
• Navigate the roadmap and priorities, infusing your unique design touch into the pulse of our projects
• Champion a culture of design and innovation and embodying our company values within Product & Tech
