Job Overview

Key Qualifications
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- Real Estate sector experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record in both talent acquisition and HRBP responsibilities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and act as HR business partner for the real estate division.
- Provide consultative support to managers and staff, and align HR activities with business objectives.
- Oversee employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management processes.
- Support continuous improvement of HR policies and ensure compliance with all standards.
