Are you a web-savvy digital all-rounder with a creative eye and a passion for improving user experiences? We’re looking for a Web Specialist to join a collaborative digital team, managing websites and online content across multiple projects. You’ll manage and maintain websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and strategic goals.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and update multiple websites, ensuring content is current and user-friendly
• Collaborate with marketing, IT teams, and external vendors to enhance functionality and UX
• Create, edit, and optimise content to drive engagement
• Implement SEO strategies and monitor site performance using analytics
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Canva to create web assets and wireframes

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience in website management or digital content roles
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (Sitecore XP preferred) and basic HTML/CSS
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics
• Experience with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Creative, organised, and collaborative mindset
