Your new role

As a User Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and accessible digital experiences across web platforms and customer-facing systems. Working closely with a team of Product Owners, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, interpret challenges, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting user research and facilitating workshops to gather insights
• Designing and iterating user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and FigJam
• Maintaining and evolving a cohesive design system and component library
• Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organisational goals
• Using analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Support the organisation's uplift in digital maturity

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in UX design (not just UI), with a proven ability to create user-centred solutions
• Proficiency in Figma and related tools for design and process mapping
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
• Ability to adapt communication style for audiences with varying digital literacy
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
