This is a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the health sector. You will work closely with service leaders and synthesise data into meaningful insights that enable strategic decision and inform effective service delivery.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Analysing, interpreting, and transforming complex data from multiple clinical information systems (including CDIS, Genie, WindVacc, and VaccinateWA) into meaningful insights, and providing supporting analysis and commentary to internal stakeholders,
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance tools using SQL, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to effectively present findings.
  • Supporting leaders, managers, and clinicians by translating data into clear, actionable information that informs service delivery and strategic decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with governance and reporting requirements, including mandated reporting to the Department of Health.
  • Contributing to data driven evaluation of services and strategic initiatives, quality improvement, and service reform projects through robust data analysis and presentation.

If you possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments, we invite you to apply. Technical capability in SQL, relational databases, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) will be highly regarded.

Prior experience in the health sector with exposure to clinical or performance reporting, or public sector is well regarded but not required.
