Responsibilities
- Establish strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather IT requirements and align support strategies with business goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network, software, and hardware issues to minimize operational interruptions
- Tackle complex technical problems to guarantee system stability and high availability
- Deploy IT solutions aimed at optimizing operational processes and boosting organizational performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to architect and implement scalable IT systems that accommodate growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or comparable professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years in System Engineering or similar roles with practical experience managing Google Workspace in enterprise settings
- In-depth understanding of Google Workspace security features, including Context-Aware Access, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Data Loss Prevention
- Experience administering Google Workspace Advanced Device Management across ChromeOS, Android, and iOS environments
- Proficiency with Google Workspace APIs and Google Apps Manager (GAM) for automation and integration tasks
- Knowledge of device management solutions for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS, including Kandji and Intune
- Familiarity with identity management platforms such as Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Google Workspace for authentication and access control
- Capability to oversee Google Meet hardware and implement unified communication systems
- Expertise in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell to automate and integrate systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to various audiences with clarity
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools and implementation methods
- Experience with enterprise identity management solutions like Okta
- Advanced skills in automation scripting to enhance IT capabilities
