Who we are

Hey! we build technology that strengthens human connection, helping people communicate better and create more meaningful relationships.

We're not just a development company. We're constantly experimenting with new stuff.

Right now, we're building a consumer app where people interact with an AI agent designed to help them be more present and improve their relationships with others.

Honestly, it’s fun. It's a pretty fun place to work, and you'll learn a ton.

What we’re building

Right, we all know AI. We're a small team with everyone hands on deck, experimenting with what's next. So, of course, we also see the value in AI.

We want to build tools that feel like extensions of our brains across all relationships with other humans.

Here's where you come in. We're looking for a Product & Growth Manager with 1-3+ years of experience who's excited about consumer AI apps and wants to help us build something great that helps people strengthen their relationships.

We're building an AI agent that supports human relationships by understanding each person's emotional connections and using data. You'll own this project from day one, work directly with our founders, and shape how we build and launch the product.

What you’ll do
  • Own product strategy & roadmap for an AI-powered mobile app: Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog, crisp PRDs/user stories, and on-time releases. **Run the end-to-end product cycle (**discovery, user research, delivery, QA, and iteration).
  • Turn data insights into action. Track funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV/CAC, payback and set events to effectively understand user in-app behavior.
  • Lead experimentation (A/B tests, feature flags) to improve onboarding, activation, engagement, pricing/paywalls, and conversion.
  • Ensure great UX in partnership with UX/UI designers. Frame problems, review prototypes, and validate solutions so product value is clear (no design background required).
  • Partner with Marketing on growth: ASO and performance channels, lifecycle messaging (in-app/push/email), and PLG loops, driving acquisition, activation, and retention while keeping CAC < LTV.
  • Communicate clearly (changelogs, dashboards) to align leadership, engineering, and the wider team.
What we're looking for
  • 1–3+ years in Product Management for consumer mobile.
  • Proven delivery of impactful features end-to-end with measurable lifts in acquisition/activation/retention/revenue.
  • Strong product sense & UX: collaborate in Figma; turn research into simple, high-leverage experiences.
  • Performance marketing fluency (strategy level): comfortable setting channel mix/targets, defining audiences/creative angles, and deciding where to invest (e.g., Meta, Google, ASA) to keep CAC < LTV and improve payback.
  • Lifecycle & monetization: experience crafting lifecycle strategies (in-app/push/email), paywall/pricing hypotheses, and retention levers that move activation, engagement, and revenue.
  • Experimentation-first: you plan A/B tests, define success metrics, and draw clear conclusions that inform roadmap and spend. No need to run the tools yourself.
  • Communication & collaboration: clear storytelling with data; able to partner with creative, UA, and product teams to ship high-impact work.
  • Languages: native Spanish; professional English.
  • Nice to have: mobile subscriptions experience, ASO/ASA strategy, Technical fluency with APIs, mobile SDKs, and app-store constraints.
