Senior Product Designer | EMEA/LATAM

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences across global web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design elegant, data-driven solutions that address complex business and customer challenges. This position offers the opportunity to influence the end-to-end product journey — from ideation to final implementation — within a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You'll work across multiple platforms, contributing to design systems and building products that empower companies and individuals to work seamlessly across borders.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and business needs to identify opportunities and pain points
• Create thoughtful, scalable, and visually appealing design solutions across multiple product areas
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while maintaining consistency through design systems
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver holistic, cross-platform solutions
• Take full ownership of the design lifecycle — from ideation and concept validation to QA and post-release improvements
• Present design concepts effectively, articulating rationale and impact to diverse stakeholders
• Contribute to building and maintaining a comprehensive design system that supports speed, scalability, and quality
• Balance attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile applications
• Proven expertise in both UX and UI design, particularly within B2B or SaaS environments
• Strong proficiency in modern design tools and methodologies
• Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within agile, cross-functional teams
• Skilled at balancing deep exploration with rapid execution when needed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present design decisions and their business value
• Comfortable working in remote, globally distributed teams within the EMEA or LATAM time zones
• Passionate about design, innovation, and creating seamless digital experiences
