🧠 AI Experience Engineer (Remote – USD Salary)

Our client, an important U.S.-based company working at the forefront of artificial intelligence, is looking for a visionary AI Experience Engineer to own the end-to-end design and development of AI-powered internal tools.

In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of advanced AI technology and human-centered design, crafting seamless AI experiences that accelerate insights and enable smarter business decisions.

What You’ll Do

Architect and design core GenAI user experiences including chat agents, summarization tools, document interfaces, and context-aware workflows.
Develop responsive, intuitive UIs for prompt creation, feedback collection, and exploration of AI-generated results.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into usable, scalable design solutions.
Champion user-centered design methodologies, ensuring usability, trust, and comprehension in every interaction.
Implement adaptive UI elements, telemetry, and continuous feedback loops to improve system intelligence and user experience.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of experience in UX/UI development, including 3+ years in AI, enterprise, or data product environments.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and modern CSS libraries (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
Solid knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, or MobX) and scalable UI architectures.
Experience designing LLM/AI interfaces — chatbots, prompt builders, or AI-assisted workflows.
Proficiency in Figma or Sketch, and comfort collaborating closely with technical teams.
Excellent communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
