An AI appointment setter that can talk, listen, understand, and close.

This AI will:

• Call leads, hold real human-like conversations, and overcome objections naturally.
• Text clients automatically to confirm appointments and send follow-ups.
• Sync with our agents’ calendars to find real availability , no double bookings, no delays.

What You’ll Build

You’ll be the architect and builder of an AI system that does what humans do  but faster, smarter, and more consistently.Your work will power thousands of live conversations every single day.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop a voice AI capable of real-time natural conversation (speech-to-text + text-to-speech).
• Implement objection-handling intelligence (context retention + adaptive logic).
• Build backend integrations with:
• Google Calendar (or similar)
• Internal CRM APIs
• SMS gateways (e.g., Twilio)
• Design a responsive backend architecture that scales and tracks every interaction.
• Train and optimize AI models for conversion, not just conversation.

Tech Skills

• Dasha.AI, Rasa, OpenAI GPT, or other conversational frameworks
• Python or Node.js (preferred)
• API development and integration (RESTful, GraphQL)
• Voice pipeline: STT (Whisper, Google) / TTS (ElevenLabs, AWS Polly)
• Databases: PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Authentication, error handling, session tracking

Soft Skills

• Problem solver who builds systems that think
• Understands sales psychology and user experience
• Writes clean, modular, well-documented code
• Doesn’t wait for direction — takes ownership

Who We’re Looking For

• Based in Brazil or Argentina (Timezone alignment required)
• Fluent in English (you’ll work with a U.S.-based dev team)
• Minimum 5 years of software development and 2+ years in AI/NLP projects
• Has built or contributed to voice AI, chatbots, or automation systems
• Understands real-world deployment — not just prototypes
