Workday Business Analyst (HCM Core/HR)
Requirements:
-At least 8 years of Workday experience, specifically with Core HCM, HR
-Ability to gather user stories, groom them, work closely with developers, perform basic testing
-Agile experience is required. JIRA or Azure DevOps experience (they use Azure DevOps but are ok with JIRA)
-Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams to bridge the gap between the business side and IT
-A big bonus would be any type of Workday training or Certifications
