For our Test Universe Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

Software Quality Engineer, 80-100% (f/m/x)

What's it all about?

• Working in an international team to deliver new solutions for our flagship software for protection testing
• Close collaboration with software developers and testers to ensure high software quality
• Participating in refining requirements and test cases for our protection testing desktop application, in collaboration with power system protection experts
• Refining requirements and test cases together with power system protection experts
• Continuing the implementation of a test framework to easily write and maintain tests
• Contributing to the improvement of our agile development process

What are we looking for?

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience in software testing, with a basic understanding of physics and mathematics
• Motivation to learn and grow in software testing and electrical engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with software versioning systems, automated builds, and tests (preferred)
• Experience with Python and testing frameworks (preferred)
• Open-minded, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
