Field Services Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Provide on-site Hands & Feet support for data center and IT infrastructure

🔹 Perform basic troubleshooting of servers, network devices, and related data center equipment

🔹 Coordinate with third-party vendors for on-site maintenance and equipment support

🔹 Manage device provisioning and onboarding of new resources

🔹 Oversee AV rooms and equipment — perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with support teams

🔹 Handle printer and OT equipment management, including coordination and issue escalation

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience in IT support or field services

✅ Good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and troubleshooting processes

✅ Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
