Julius Meinl has embarked on an exciting digital transformation journey aimed at modernizing the company through the implementation of new digital tools and systems.
For this journey, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the successful, on-time, and within-scope global implementation and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions across multiple markets.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of the project and effective collaboration across departments.
WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON:
- Contribute to the implementation of the CRM system.
 - Support the technical feasibility assessment of business requirements.
 - Collaborate with the Senior CRM Project Manager and Application Business Process Owners to validate solution approaches.
 - Contribute to platform governance and ensure all implementations and rollouts are in alignment with the global CRM framework.
 - Help maintaining a global overview of all applications, integrations, and coordinate market rollouts on global level.
 
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Project Support:
- Prepare, and maintain solution documentation and configuration guidelines.
 - Manage configurations and system settings such as user permissions, profiles, and roles.
 - Optimize user interfaces and ensure consistency of configuration across markets and environments.
 - Provide first-level user support on global level, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and coordination with second-line support teams when escalation is required.
 - Assist in planning and executing data migration activities including data preparation, validation, import, and quality assurance. Work with global and market teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency between applications.
 - Lead and coordinate on Global level the Quality Assurance (QA), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. Oversee and assist with the development of test cases, manage test execution, document results, and track defect resolution in collaboration with internal and external teams. Ensure that all functionality and integrations meet the acceptance criteria before Go-live.
 
Project Management Support:
- Assist with managing project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple implementation streams.
 - Document and manage risks, issues, and change requests with clear escalation paths.
 - Collaborate with external implementation partners, developers, and internal Business Process Owners and IT teams to ensure quality and consistency in the implementation progress.
 - Document lessons learned and best practices for improvements.
 - Organize and coordinate project meetings and workshops.
 - Maintain clear documentation of meeting notes, key outcomes, and next steps.
 - Track project deadlines and milestones, and follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
 
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Project Management, IT or related field
 - Business Understanding (ideally FMCG)
 - Initial working experience in project management and/or Salesforce admin role; min 2 years
 - Initial experience with Salesforce projects or system admin (nice-to-have)
 - Advanced communication skills
 - Pragmatic, hands-on, goal oriented
 - Strong understanding of Agile methodology
 - Experience with Jira and Confluence
 - Hands-on experience with QA management systems (e.g., Zephyr or similar) to coordinate and document testing cycles
 - Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) on ad-hoc basis as per project status and progress.
 - Excellent knowledge of English language both verbally and in writing.
 - German is a plus / nice to have.
