Company Description

Lalec Recycling is the first Belgian startup that rewards consumers for recycling electronics. We believe most people want to live sustainably but often lack the motivation to act. Our platform makes recycling rewarding by offering premium discounts from partner brands such as Samsung, Smeg, and others, combined with a touch of gamificationto make the experience fun and engaging.

Supported by Start-it @KBC and partnering with Kringwinkel, we ensure that collected items are repaired or refurbished whenever possible. Together, we’re building a circular ecosystem where doing good benefits not only the planet but also your wallet.

For brands, Lalec helps enhance customer engagement, drive loyalty, and gain insights into end-of-life product usage. With our MVP and ongoing pilot, we’re demonstrating how circular innovation can bring measurable value to brands, logistics partners, and users alike.
