MSI Pharma is delighted to be supporting our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation, in the search for a Talent Operations Liaison to join their dynamic HR team in Brussels.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a global, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR operations and people processes across the employee lifecycle, working closely with international stakeholders.


About the Role


The Talent Operations Liaison will act as a central point of contact for Talent Partners, supporting them with the implementation of business decisions, organisational changes, and HR policies. You will ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and compliance while partnering with various teams including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, International Mobility, and Legal.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage organisational structure and position data in HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors).
  • Support reorganisations and structural changes across local and global teams.
  • Drive accuracy and consistency in employee lifecycle processes.
  • Oversee return-to-work and reintegration programmes (Belgium-specific).
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exits, retirements, and restructures.
  • Advise Talent Partners and managers on HR policies and job levelling frameworks.
  • Contribute to recruitment processes by ensuring fair and competitive offers.
  • Provide local HR reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Partner with global HR teams to align processes and promote operational excellence.


About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, ideally within a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Neocase preferred).
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Able to influence stakeholders and manage complex situations with professionalism and discretion.


Please note: This is a one-year contract with good chances of extension. The successful candidate must be based in Belgium and able to attend the Brussels office three times per week.
