Why join us - as the Head of Tech you are playing a pivotal role in the professionalization of our internal Tech stack. You have the possibility to work from a blank page and really create a solid vision in line with Curewiki's mission and our product road map. Next to that, we are a big fan of being hands-on, meaning that we don't have strict hierarchy in place and so we expect you to combine both strategy & hands-on work, in the beginning.
What you'll do:
- Lead Curewiki's technical strategy and infrastructure road map
 - Oversee system architecture, development, and data security
 - Drive agile product development in close collaboration with the product team
 - Translate market insights and user feedback into scalable tech solutions
 - Build your own tech team
 - Represent technology in cross-functional leadership discussions
 
- Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), and secure, scalable systems
 - Familiarity with AI, No Code/Low Code platforms, and healthcare data governance
 - Strong product mindset and experience aligning tech with user needs
 - Demonstrated leadership abilities in developing and overseeing diverse, cross-functional teams
 - Excellent communication skills and a strategic, collaborative approach
 - Knowing how to manage internal/external stakeholders
 - Ability to express yourself fluently in ENG, Dutch/FR is a plus
 
- Fully remote and asynchronous way of working to support work/life integration. Please note that we only hire applicants, living in Belgium
