We are looking for an HR Project Manager to join our client’s HR and transformation team. In this role, you will act as the connecting force between project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, guiding HR initiatives from design to implementation. You will ensure projects run smoothly, meet objectives, and align with organizational goals, while supporting change adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying issues and proposing solutions to stay within functional, technical, budgetary, and regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
  • Conduct thorough process reviews and assess the impact of changes on existing processes, applications, data, and reporting
  • Support change management by developing training materials, communication plans, and user adoption strategies
  • Build strong networks across the organization and act as an ambassador for modern HR practices
  • Manage a diverse range of HR projects, including:
    • Implementation of learning platforms
    • Deployment of new performance management tools and processes
    • Development of chatbots
    • Introduction of planning tools
    • Creation of job portals
    • Migration of HR systems to cloud environments
Profile & Requirements

The ideal candidate combines HR expertise with strong project management and change leadership skills:

  • Master’s degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, focusing on HR Processes, Project & Change Management, or HR Strategy
  • 5+ years of experience managing HR projects, preferably HRIS-related
  • Track record of serving as project manager for at least 4 projects involving SuccessFactors modules such as Onboarding, Learning, or Goals & Performance
  • Analytical and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, while respecting deadlines
  • Fluent communication in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2)


Additional Skills and Expertise:

  • Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Talent Modules (Learning, Goals & Performance, Recruitment & Onboarding)
  • Project management, functional analysis, and change management experience
  • Experience managing user acceptance testing
  • Experience with large-scale HRIS projects in organizations with 15,000+ employees
