Project Overview

S2P Project Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution, working under the guidance of the Project Lead.

You’ll collaborate with multiple teams — Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and other business units — as well as external vendors to ensure a smooth rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the full S2P platform implementation
• Define deliverables, timelines, and resource needs (internal & external)
• Execute and monitor the project plan, tracking progress and managing escalations
• Provide project reporting and communication to ensure business alignment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for timely delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Support business process mapping and system design sessions
• Manage risks around security, resources, and quality, escalating when needed
• Collaborate with IT to ensure integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday)
• Drive user adoption and ensure a smooth transition to the new system

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience implementing a Source-to-Pay solution
• 5+ years of project management in procurement or finance transformation
• Deep understanding of S2P processes,
