We’re now looking for a Product Manager who can bridge the digital and physical worlds - someone who understands data, design, and how technology meets reality. 

🔧 What You’ll Do 

• Lead the end-to-end development of R8’s client-facing interfaces - including the Client Zone, dashboards, and reporting tools. 
• Work closely with customers and engineering teams to understand their real needs and translate them into impactful product improvements. 
• Perform technical analysis and feasibility assessments with the data and engineering teams. 
• Design or guide intuitive UI/UX workflows for complex data visualization and operational insights. 
• Apply first-principles thinking to connect digital decisions with physical building behavior. 
• Own the roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement of all customer-facing products. 

🎯 What You Bring 

• 5+ years in technical product management or data-heavy SaaS products. 
• Experience with big data, APIs, and analytics-driven systems. 
• Ability to translate complex technical logic into clear, usable interfaces. 
• Hands-on familiarity with UX tools (Figma, Miro, etc.). 
• Understanding of physical systems (HVAC, BMS, automation, or energy systems)
• Comfortable leading discussions with both engineers and customers.
