How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for retail banking initiatives, including system upgrades, regulatory changes, and process improvements
 - Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT
 - Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and dashboards to support project delivery and performance tracking
 - Analyze data, identify root causes, and deliver insights to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability
 - Support incident resolution, change management, UAT activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
 - Promote risk awareness, contribute to risk assessments and audits, and support business continuity planning
 - Continuously identify opportunities for process and solution optimization
 
- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
 - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and deliver actionable insights
 - Familiarity with retail banking systems, products, and regulatory environments, especially within the Baltic region
 - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and dashboard/reporting platforms
 - Ability to manage end-to-end project activities including UAT, change management, and incident resolution
 - Understanding of risk management principles and experience supporting audits and compliance processes
 - Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams and present complex information clearly
 - Experience working in agile environments, with a strong grasp of agile principles, ceremonies, and collaboration practices
 - A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
 - Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
