We are inviting passionate individuals to join this exciting project through a remote volunteer position -an opportunity to learn, lead, and leverage by contributing to real-world IT projects that uplift society and promote the best practices in Information Technology. Your commitment to the BroadPress mission, along with your leadership within your community, will play a crucial role in building a global network of innovators and learners in the tech industry.


As an Internship Coordinator, you will represent BroadPress in your country for a term of one (1) or two (2) years. This is a volunteer role focused on empowering students, professionals, and technology enthusiasts to learn, lead, and leverage technological advancements for the upliftment of the community.


BroadPress is expanding its global community and is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to take on the role of Internship Coordinator in the following countries: Austria, Australia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Japan, Kenya, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Yemen, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India.


Key Responsibilities


  • Publishing Opportunities: Share internship openings and related announcements on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to keep the community informed and engaged.
  • Community Management: Grow and manage the local BroadPress community. Create and coordinate city/regional groups to expand networks of interns, volunteers, and professionals.
  • TechFriday Events: Organize #TechFriday events, workshops, and discussions to encourage knowledge-sharing and skill-building. Invite professionals, students, and tech enthusiasts to participate and collaborate.
  • Official Representation: Represent BroadPress by updating your professional profiles, signing participation certificates, and collaborating on official community events, competitions, and initiatives.

Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Basic understanding of Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Meet
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language
  • A passion for fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the community
