Are you passionate about HR systems and eager to make an impact in a global organization? We’re looking for a Workday Senior Specialist to take ownership of our global Workday HCM system and support HR teams around the world.
What You Will Be Doing
- Global System Administration: Design, configure, and maintain the Workday HCM system to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Technical Support: Act as a trusted advisor to HR users, resolving Workday-related queries and managing service requests and enhancements.
- Process & Configuration Enhancements: Collaborate on planning, solutioning, and testing of process improvements and new functionalities.
- Project Participation: Contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving system capabilities and user satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Share best practices and help evolve the team’s ways of working across the organization.
- Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, or Integrations.
- Bonus skills:
- Configuration experience with Talent & Performance modules.
- Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Security maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and action-oriented mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global matrix organization.
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills—a true team player.
- Eagerness to take ownership of projects and responsibilities, driving personal and professional growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, showing respect and understanding of different cultural perspectives.
