We are seeking a passionate and driven Global Talent Acquisition Projects Coordinator to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on key projects within our Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the animation of Global Recruitment Community, development and roll-out of our Recruitment Upskilling Programs and implementation of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) worldwide.
Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Foster collaboration within the global talent acquisition community by onboarding new joiners, inviting Subject Matter Experts to share best practices and communicating a unified vision for recruiting excellence.
 - Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating the Recruitment Capabilities & Upskilling projects and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Implementation among global entities and external partners’ teams, supporting project to complete with impactful deliverables.
 - Content Creation: provide supports in creating on-brand presentations for internal communication of global projects.
 - Data Management & Analysis: Leverage tools such as Excel/Application Tracking System (ATS)/Learning Management Systems (LMS)/Core HR System to clean and analyze data for community engagement and project management.
 - Transversal Projects Support: Collaborate on transversal projects within the Global Talent Acquisition team.
 
- Education: Final year study of Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - Experience: Previous internship or work experience in one of the following fields - Project Management, Communication, Employer Branding, Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
 
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
 - Passion/Curiosity for HR/Talent Acquisition
 - Strong Research & Analytical Skills
 - Excellent Communication Skills
 - Resilient in Problem-Solving
 - Strong Work Ethic
 - Team Player
 - Fluent in English
 
- Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/month remote work after one month seniority).
 - Location: 75001 Paris, Île-de-France, France.
