Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate the Java development practices within the team.

• Tackle and resolve production incidents and issues.
• Serve as a trusted partner to software engineers, offering hands-on support in development and testing.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, from IT to business, ensuring the best solutions for all involved.
• Contribute within a cross-functional agile environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background as an IT Architect is ideal. Alternatively, candidates with strong experience as a Lead or Senior Java Developer and a passion for growth are encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar methodologies.
• Knowledge of API development best practices.
• Architecture Expertise:
• Experience in or enthusiasm for software architecture.
• Ability to create architecture roadmaps and communicate design choices and alternatives clearly and systematically to diverse stakeholders.
