About the Role

Join a cross-functional development squad working on business-facing digital solutions used daily by advisers and customers for online and in-person financial meetings. The team builds cloud-native systems with a strong focus on code quality, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Refactor and simplify existing codebase
• Develop new features and maintain existing ones
• Participate in production releases and incident management
• Design and develop cloud-native applications
• Write and maintain unit tests
• Coach and mentor less experienced developers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java development (Kotlin experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, JUnit, MQ, Elasticsearch
• Experience building solutions for cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Understanding of CI/CD principles (Azure DevOps experience a plus)
• Strong sense of ownership, code quality, and team collaboration
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
