Objective of the traineeship
You will support the Strategy, Risks & Processes Unit of the Human Resources Directorate (HR/COORD/SRP) delivering its services in the areas of process management. Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the HR Head of Strategy, Risks and Processes Unit, and in collaboration with team's members you will:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders within HR to gather information on processes which have already been updated, and update these changes in existing process documents (primarily text-based descriptions, flowcharts and RACI matrices).
 - Run mini projects to improve processes, starting with reviewing the status quo before identifying inefficiencies and proposing simpler steps with an implementation plan.
 - Support the team in other areas such as compliance and operational risk assessment, testing existing controls and drafting controls to address identified gaps and reporting of key risk indicators under the Bank's risk appetite framework.

- Final year of studies or University degree in Project Management, Business Management, or any related subject such as process and organisational design
 - Ability to think analytically and in a structured manner
 - Ability to manage project timelines and deadlines

 - Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools, in particular PowerPoint and ideally Visio.
 - Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of another EU language would be an advantage.
