Your role
As an IT Support Level 2, you'll be the go-to expert for escalated technical issues. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents efficiently while ensuring an excellent customer experience for our clients across Luxembourg and the Dach region.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Hardware, software, and network issues
 - Escalating complex incidents to Level 3 or specialized teams when necessary
 - Managing tickets within agreed SLAs using our ITSM tools
 - Assisting in onboarding and configuring new users and devices
 - Documenting technical solutions and contributing to knowledge base updates
 - Supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure (servers, O365, Active Directory, etc.) 
 
- Proven experience in IT Support (minimum 2 years, ideally in Level 2 or similar role)
 - Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, and networking fundamentals
 - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
 - Fluent in German (spoken and written); English or French is a plus
 - Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning
