Activities/tasks

• Understanding existing scope and assessing the changing needs of the business to follow the defined roadmap
• Understanding corporate strategy while acting as a Single Point of Contact between project stakeholders, both business and IT teams
• Capture requirements needed to initiate a change within the organisation on a process level and analyze the impacts of change
• Manage your tasks and report progress to responsible Management involved
• Support the Change Management process on a project level.
• Definition of functional requirements documentation.
• Preparation and execution of functional testing.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Ideally at least 3/5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in investment fund and data management industries with data & process-oriented experiences with a keen interest in innovation and finance
• Master's degree in Banking and Finance, or Engineering Sciences with an IT focus (or equivalent), or with a strong significant experience in the Funds Industry
• Good knowledge (and ideally certification) of the methodological aspects relating to Business Analysis, Testing Management and/or Change Management (examples: ECBA, IQBBA, IREB, ISTQB…).
• Capacity to adapt your messages to discuss solutions with both Business and/or IT-oriented individuals.
• Previous experience using the Agile or Scrum framework (use of JIRA).
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills with a solid understanding of IT and technologies,
• Process analysis and data management (BPMN / workflow design)
• Comprehension around APIs and Cloud concepts
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence, ETL or Datalakes is a plus
• Fluent in French and English is mandatory
