🧠What You’ll Do
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer/Manager to join our banking institution and support the HR function across our Italian and French teams. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with a solid understanding of HR operations, who enjoys combining day-to-day support with advisory responsibilities.
- Serve as the main HR contact point for employees and management, providing advice and support on HR policies and employee relations.
 - Manage HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, leave management, and retirement procedures.
 - Supervise the payroll process managed by external providers.
 - Coordinate and monitor training and development initiatives, including the planning of annual training programs and follow-up of participation and feedback.
 - Support performance management processes and assist with annual reviews and reporting.
 - Contribute to headcount monitoring and HR reporting activities.
 - Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
 - Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the CEO on HR-related matters and internal communication.
 - Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes, engagement, and efficiency.
 
🛠️ Technical Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related discipline.
 - 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Officer/Manager roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
 - Fluency in Italian and French (both written and spoken).
 - Proven experience in payroll supervision and employee lifecycle management.
 - Familiarity with Tagetik HR or other HRIS platforms.
 
📍 Where: Luxembourg, on-site presence required
